今日の在宅勤務のお昼は、ちゃちゃっとリゾット。
ベーコンと春菊としめじ、玉ねぎ。
これらをオリーブオイルで炒めて、そこに炊いたご飯を入れ。
牛乳とコンソメを加えて軽く温めたら、チーズを加えて完成。
ものの十分くらいですかね。
在宅勤務のお昼のモットー、手早く美味しく♪
